How to find Seabreeze

From the A30, take the road signposted for the centre of Penzance at the Tesco roundabout. Almost immediately take the B3311 on the right. Watch out for the sharp right and left turns, stay on the same road for approximately one mile. The entrance to Kenegie Manor is clearly signed on the left.
